These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and manufacturing services of Guangzhou Qianlan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Qianlan”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, images and designs on this website are the property of Qianlan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom formulations developed exclusively for a client remain the client’s IP as agreed in the production contract.
3. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production commences after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Specifications, pricing and lead times are defined in the signed contract.
4. Minimum Order Quantity
Private label orders are subject to a minimum order quantity per SKU as quoted. Custom OEM projects may require higher MOQs based on packaging and actives.
5. Quality & Compliance
We manufacture in accordance with ISO 22716 GMP standards. While we provide available certifications and test reports, the client is responsible for final regulatory compliance in their target market.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of freight and local taxes unless stated. Payments are made per the agreed schedule (typically deposit + balance before shipment).
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qianlan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
