Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a direct cosmetics manufacturer with our own factory, specialized in body care OEM/ODM since 2004. You work with the people who actually make the lotion, not a middleman.

Q2. What’s the difference between OEM, ODM, and Private Label?
  • OEM​ – you bring the formula / brief, we produce it.
  • ODM​ – we provide proven base formulas you can brand and tweak.
  • Private Label​ – pick a ready SKU, change the logo / pack / scent, go to market fast.
Q3. Can I visit the factory?

Yes — on-site visits are welcome. If you can’t travel, we’ll arrange a live video tour of the production line and lab.

Q4. What textures do you offer for body lotion?

Light lotion, richer cream, and whipped body butter — we adjust the emulsifier matrix so even the richer formulas stay fast-absorbing and non-greasy.

Q5. How do you avoid the “sticky” feel in humid climates?

It’s a ratio game — we balance humectants (glycerin, hyaluronic acid) with lightweight esters and volatile carriers so the film feels dry-touch even in tropical markets.

Q6. What actives can I put in a body lotion?
Popular ones we run often:
  • Niacinamide​ – brightening / even tone
  • Ceramides​ – barrier repair
  • Shea butter / cocoa butter​ – deep moisture
  • Urea​ – rough-skin / heel care
  • Caffeine​ – firming / cellulite-positioning

Q7. Can you do “clean” claims?

Yes. We formulate to EU / US / ASEAN regulatory frameworks and can strip or swap any flagged ingredient.

Q8. What’s the typical pH?

Body lotion bases sit around pH 5.5–6.0​ to respect skin’s acid mantle.

Q9. Can I fully customize formula + packaging?

Yes — from INCI to pump head to outer carton. We also support your own packaging supplier if you already have one.

Q12. What’s your MOQ for body lotion?

Standard MOQ is 1,000–3,000 units​ per SKU, depending on bottle and formula. Tubes usually 3,000; jars can start lower. First-time brands can discuss a pilot run.

Q13. How is pricing built?

Formula complexity + active % + pack type + order volume. We’ll give you a breakdown so you can trade off where to save.
